Terms and Conditions for Ludo Play

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Ludo Play! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Ludo Play (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our services, which include our website ludoplay.site ("Site") and our mobile application ("App") (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information. By using the Services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

3. User Accounts

• Account Creation: You may use our Services as a Guest or by creating a registered account through third-party services like Google or Facebook (when available).
• Guest Accounts: If you play as a Guest, we will create a pseudonymous profile for you. This progress may be lost if you uninstall the App or clear your browser data.
• Registered Accounts: When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@ludoplay.site upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Rules of Conduct

As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service.
• Engage in any form of harassment, use abusive or offensive language, or exhibit disruptive behavior towards other players.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or hack any of the Services, or to defeat or overcome any of the encryption technologies or security measures implemented by us.
• Exploit any bug or vulnerability in the game to gain an unfair advantage over other players.

Violation of these rules may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

5. Virtual Currency and Items

Our Services may include virtual in-game currency ("Coins") or items that can be earned through gameplay or by completing certain tasks (such as watching advertisements).

• No Real-World Value: Coins and other virtual items are licensed to you for use within the Services and have no equivalent value in real currency and are not a substitute for real currency. They cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, or transferred to another user.
• Limited License: You acknowledge that you do not own the Coins or virtual items but instead acquire a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use them.
• Management Rights: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Coins and virtual items at any time, with or without notice. We shall have no liability to you or any third party if we exercise any such rights.
• All Transactions Final: All acquisitions of Coins and virtual items are final and non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all of their original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Ludo Play, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Termination

• Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use the Services or by submitting a data deletion request to us.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Services, at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You will lose access to your account, including any earned Coins or virtual items, without any right to compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Services at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ludo Play, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Advertisement and Analytics

Our App may display ads through third-party advertising partners like Google AdMob or others. These partners may collect and use personal data to show personalized ads. You can opt-out of personalized ads through your device settings.

We also use tools like Google Firebase Analytics to monitor app usage to improve the service.

14. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain countries). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

15. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services like Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, and Ad SDKs. These services may collect information as described in their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read their terms and policies.

16. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with Services. You may request to delete your data or account at any time by contacting us at support@ludoplay.site. Upon deletion, all progress and virtual currency may be permanently lost.
